QLD Poker Machine Tender #48 (Pubs) Tender Open

The Qld Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation has opened the tender for the latest round of gaming authorities (last tender and value in brackets), being:
Pub authorities
No supply in either the South East or Western Regions.
- Nil South East ($197,937 - tender #47)
- 32 Coastal ($122,250 - tender #47)
- Nil Western ($17,061 - tender #45)
No supply in either the South East or Western Regions.
The rising and historically high values in the Coastal Region has increased supply. Expecting prices to be steady and soften once the buyer in the last three tenders achieves his position.
Club authorities
The mooted gaming authority buy back from the Club pool seems to be an issue the Qld Labor Government has skuttled for now.
If you intend to bid in the Pub Tender, please ensure you have lodged your completed form (along with the lodgement fee of $68) in the tender box (facsimile, post or email not acceptable) with the Public Trust Office, Ground Floor, 444 Queen Street, Brisbane prior to 4pm Wednesday 21 July 2021.
