QLD Poker Machine Tender #57 (Pubs) - Tender RESULTS

The Qld Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation has released (finally) the result of Tender #57 this morning via its website, being:

• $661,000 South East (Up from $606,210 - tender #56) – 9.04% increase
• $193,500 Coastal (Down from $203,010 - tender #56) – 4.68% decrease
• $130,250 Western (Up from $100,950 - tender #55) – 29.02% increase
  

NOTE – South East region continues to post all-time record prices since authorities started trading in July 2004.

South East (13/13 sold) and the Western (4/4) Regions both clearing their respective pools with prices at or close to record highs. Demand in the Coastal Region (3/24 sold) seems to have dried up with one of the lowest clearance rates since Tender #18 in July 2011.
