The Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation on Friday opened the tender for the latest round of gaming authorities (last tender and value in brackets), being:
• 41 South East ($169,597 - tender #41)
• Nil Coastal ($57,489 - tender #41)
• 27 Western ($28,726 - tender #41)
Pub authorities
Supply in the South East Region has halved from the oversupply last tender (largest supply since 2013). Expect to see prices for this region return back past the $175k+ region. The once steady supply in the Coastal region has evaporated with no supply in this tender. With no supply in the Coastal region, pent up demand should see the next tender (November 2019) increase in value. Similar supply in the Western Region as the last tender will see prices continue to soften, following the same trend since March 2017.
